It's a sword! A real sword that looks almost exactly like the one on my cover! Isn't it AWESOME! This is what I will be using as part of my 'Jazmine' costume when I start doing signings in the summer.
My dad brought it back here to California from Spain like 25 years ago.

Wow, cool sword! And how fun that your Dad brought it back from Spain. My kids always think it is great when I (or my mom) pull out some forgotten treasure. Too bad I don't have anything as great as a sword lingering in a box in the attic!
